After receiving your request, we call to confirm the exact time against the spa's live schedule. This avoids the double-booking errors that happen with purely online booking systems. A confirmation email follows with all the details.
Arrive as a client. The confirmation email has everything you need — address, parking notes if relevant, and the therapist name. No need to announce yourself as a GlowRef owner trial. Arrive, relax, experience the treatment.
Spa partner schedules are live and change frequently. Therapist availability, room availability, and same-day cancellations all affect what slots are genuinely open. A short confirmation call eliminates double-bookings and means your trial starts with reliability — not a scheduling error.
It also gives us a chance to confirm which treatment you'll receive, flag any preparation notes (e.g. avoid exfoliating the day before), and answer any last questions before you arrive.
The call is short. Most confirmation calls take under 5 minutes. If phone isn't convenient, WhatsApp message confirmation is available on request.
Yes. When you book, you can specify your preferred area (e.g. CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore) and we'll present the available spa partners in that area. If a specific location has been mentioned to you, you can request it directly.
The spa partner you trial will be the same type of partner your clients would be gifted to — so choosing one close to your salon or your clients' typical area makes sense.
Yes — a confirmation email follows every call confirmation. It includes: the spa name and full address, your confirmed appointment time, the therapist name where available, and any arrival notes.
Keep this email — it's your only reference document for the trial day. If you lose it, reply to any previous GlowRef email and we'll resend immediately.
Reschedule by replying to your confirmation email or WhatsApp message, at least 24 hours before your appointment. Life happens — we'll rebook without issue.
For same-day cancellations, WhatsApp is fastest. We'll relay the cancellation to the spa and rebook you at the next available slot. No penalty for reasonable rescheduling.
Very little. The confirmation email will flag anything treatment-specific (most facials ask you not to exfoliate the day before). Beyond that: arrive with clean skin if possible, leave 10 minutes buffer for parking or navigation, and bring nothing else.
No consultation forms, no ID, no card required. It's a fully complimentary appointment — show up and receive the treatment.
Choose the location most convenient to you — or closest to your salon's client catchment. Both hold the same GlowRef spa partner quality standard. There's no hierarchy between locations. If you're closer to Brookvale, choose Brookvale. CBD works for owners in the inner suburbs or city fringe.
If you're undecided and want a recommendation, mention your suburb when booking and we'll suggest the most practical option.
We'll leave a brief voicemail and follow up via WhatsApp or email within the hour. If you're unavailable during business hours, let us know in your booking message and we'll arrange confirmation via WhatsApp text or email exclusively — no call required.
No booking lapses because of a missed call. We follow up until confirmed.
