Most owners ask about cost, time, and client quality — we address all three upfront.
GlowRef places one primary partner per Sydney suburb. Before anything proceeds, we confirm your area isn't already taken. If it's available, it's held for you while the trial is coordinated. No other salon in your suburb will be approached during this period.
We also assess brand fit at this stage — we're looking for premium positioning and quality-first client relationships. If the fit isn't there, we'll tell you directly rather than waste your time.

This is the non-negotiable centre of the GlowRef model. You attend a complimentary facial at a curated GlowRef spa partner — as a client, not an inspector. You're there to experience it genuinely.
You assess: the quality of the treatment, the professionalism of the spa, and whether the experience reflects the standard you'd be proud to gift your own clients. After the session, you make a simple yes or no decision. No explanation owed if you say no.

The first week of gifting is always controlled — a handful of your most loyal, quality-focused clients. You review the weekly report. If redemptions and client quality meet your standard, you scale at your own pace. If you want to pause, you do — no penalty.
