Evaluating GlowRef? These are the questions owners ask most before deciding. Straight answers — no sales language.
Best fit is salons with premium positioning and loyal client relationships. Hair, facial, skin, beauty, medspa, and massage studios all qualify. The key requirement is that your brand competes on quality — not discounts. If your business relies on deal platforms or price promotions, GlowRef likely won't align.
GlowRef places one primary partner per Sydney suburb. Email or WhatsApp us with your suburb — we'll confirm availability immediately. If your suburb is taken, we'll let you know and you can join the waitlist.
Yes — any salon or studio with strong client relationships and premium positioning is welcome. Nail salons, wax studios, brow bars, and lash studios have all been assessed as fit partners. The evaluation is about client relationship quality, not treatment type.
High-volume, price-led salons that rely on Groupon, heavy discounting, or constant promotions. GlowRef is a premium gifting model — it amplifies the relationship a salon already has with quality-focused clients. It can't create that positioning from scratch.
Before any client receives a GlowRef gift, you experience the facial yourself — at no cost. You choose the spa partner and time, attend as a client, and assess the quality firsthand. Nothing activates until you approve the experience personally.
Non-negotiable. Owner validation is the foundation of GlowRef's quality standard.
Once fit is confirmed, trial slots are typically available within 1–2 weeks. We'll coordinate a spa partner and time that suits you. Some owners prefer to trial multiple spa partners before committing, which is also welcomed.
Nothing happens. If the experience doesn't meet your standard, you walk away — no cost, no obligation, and your clients have never been involved. The whole point of the trial is to give you a genuine no-risk assessment window.
Each time a client you've gifted a GlowRef voucher redeems their complimentary facial, your salon earns A$35. That amount is tracked automatically and added to your weekly payout report. The full A$35 — nothing deducted.
10 redemptions = A$350 · 20 = A$700 · 40 = A$1,400 per month
No minimum. Gift as many or as few clients as you choose each month. Many partners start with 5–10 clients to test the signal before scaling. There's no penalty for a slow month and no reward structure that pressures volume.
Weekly. Each week you receive a report showing the number of redemptions and your total payout. Payment is automatic — no manual claiming required. The first payout follows the first redemption week.
Your profile is reviewed for brand fit, your suburb is checked for availability, and the owner trial is coordinated. If fit is confirmed and the trial approved, activation starts immediately — typically within the same week you complete the trial.
Most active partners spend under 30 minutes per week. That covers reviewing the redemption report, choosing which clients to gift, and occasionally updating your invitation approach. The model is designed to be passive once set up.
Only if you want them to. GlowRef provides one approved client invitation script — if you bring team members into gifting conversations, they use the same premium-framed language. Consistency of invitation tone is part of the brand quality standard.
After fit approval and owner trial completion — activation is same-week. From first contact to active partner can be as little as 2–3 weeks depending on how quickly you schedule the trial.
Yes — with no penalty. No contract, no lock-in, no cancellation fee. If you pause, your suburb exclusivity is held for an agreed period. You keep all payouts earned to date.
