By using GlowRef's booking or enquiry service — including via WhatsApp — you consent to your contact and booking details being shared with the relevant partner clinic for the purpose of facilitating your appointment.
Once your information has been shared with the partner clinic, the clinic's own privacy policy governs how they handle it. GlowRef is not responsible for the partner clinic's privacy practices.
Some technology service providers may process or store personal information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, including through contractual data protection obligations.
glowref.com.au may use cookies and tracking technologies to improve functionality, analyse traffic, and support marketing attribution. Data collected includes pages visited, referral source, UTM campaign parameters, browser type, device type, and IP address metadata. Opting out does not affect booking confirmations or appointment communications.
