You arrive at the spa partner as a client — not as a mystery shopper, not as an assessor. The experience is a standard complimentary first facial. Duration: approximately 60–90 minutes depending on the treatment selected.
You're assessing: quality of the treatment, professionalism and warmth of the team, cleanliness and ambience of the space, and whether you'd feel proud to send your best clients here. That's the only evaluation criteria that matters.
No forms to fill in during or after the session. Your impression is what counts.
The spa team knows you're an owner trial — they may or may not mention it. It doesn't affect the service quality.
You can bring a business partner or senior team member by prior arrangement.
Zero cost — no card required. The facial is fully complimentary.
The treatment is the same one your clients will receive. If it moves you, it will move them. That's the standard GlowRef holds all spa partners to.
There's no official checklist — your gut matters most. But these are the dimensions most owners reflect on after the session:
Treatment quality: Was it genuinely premium? Would you pay for this if it weren't free?
Team professionalism: Did the staff feel expert? Was the communication warm and confident?
Ambience and cleanliness: Would this feel like a treat to your most discerning clients?
The overall feeling: Would you be proud to say "I arranged this for you" to your best client?
No-show handling: If something was slightly off, how did the team recover?
Most owners make their decision within 20 minutes of leaving the spa. You don't need to overthink it. If you'd send your best client here tomorrow — that's a yes.
We follow up — typically within 24 hours — to ask for your honest impression. Yes means activation begins immediately. No means it ends there, with no follow-up and no invoice.
If you say yes, activation typically completes within the same week. You'll receive your approved client invitation script, your first voucher allocation, and access to the weekly reporting dashboard.
If yes: Partner access activated, invitation script delivered, first gifting can begin.
If no: Process ends. No cost, no follow-up, no obligation. Your clients were never involved.
If undecided: You can trial a second spa location. Some owners trial 2–3 before committing.
First redemptions are typically tracked within 1–2 weeks of gifting. First payout follows shortly after.
The first week of active gifting should be small — 5–10 of your most loyal clients. Review the signal, adjust, then scale at your pace.
GlowRef operates across Sydney with spa partners spread across multiple suburbs and districts. Whether you're in the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, Inner West, or North Shore — there will be a spa partner within reasonable distance for your trial.
If your suburb isn't currently covered by a nearby spa partner, we'll let you know the closest available location. We don't book trials that require unreasonable travel — it should feel easy, not like a favour.
