About GlowRef

GlowRef is an independent referral and matching service operated by Beauty Affairs Group Pty Ltd (ABN 58 642 194 394), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. GlowRef operates the website at glowref.com.au and associated digital properties.

GlowRef connects consumers seeking facial and aesthetic treatments with partner clinics, and connects salon and business owners with Beauty Affairs MediSpa as a referral partner earning commissions for client introductions.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using glowref.com.au, submitting any form, sending a WhatsApp message to GlowRef, clicking any booking or enquiry link, or otherwise engaging with GlowRef's services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the GlowRef website or services. These Terms were last updated on 15 March 2026.

Who these terms apply to

These Terms apply to all users of glowref.com.au and associated GlowRef services, including:

• Consumers and clients — individuals seeking information about or booking treatments via GlowRef
• Voucher holders — individuals who have received a GlowRef referral voucher from a partner salon
• Business partners — salon owners and businesses participating in the GlowRef partner referral programme
• Website visitors — anyone accessing any page of glowref.com.au for any purpose

Nature of the service — referral only

GlowRef provides an independent referral and matching service. When you use GlowRef to book a treatment or make an enquiry, you understand and agree that:

• GlowRef introduces you to a partner clinic — it does not provide, supervise, or control your treatment
• All treatments are performed exclusively by staff employed by or contracting to the partner clinic
• The partner clinic is solely responsible for the quality, safety, conduct, and outcomes of any treatment
• GlowRef has no authority over clinical decisions, treatment protocols, practitioner qualifications, or appointment management at the partner clinic
• Any treatment agreement, including consent and aftercare, is between you and the partner clinic only
• GlowRef is not a party to your treatment and accepts no responsibility or liability for treatment outcomes, adverse events, or your experience at the clinic

First session offer — A$99

GlowRef may offer an introductory referred first session at Beauty Affairs MediSpa at a rate of A$99 including consultation. The following conditions apply:

• The A$99 rate is available once per individual client, for a first session only
• The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice
• The offer applies only where the booking is made through GlowRef — it is not redeemable directly with the clinic
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
• GlowRef may decline the referred rate where it reasonably suspects misuse, including duplicate bookings or false information
• The referred rate does not apply to products, skincare, or supplementary treatments recommended at the appointment
• Subsequent sessions are charged at the partner clinic's standard rates, which are set solely by the clinic

No clinical advice or medical recommendations

All content on glowref.com.au — including treatment descriptions, results timelines, aftercare guidance, and preparation instructions — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute and must not be relied upon as:

• Medical advice or clinical recommendations
• A substitute for consultation with a qualified medical or cosmetic practitioner
• A guarantee of treatment suitability, safety, or efficacy for your specific circumstances
• A representation that any described results will be achieved by you

Individual treatment suitability, safety, and outcomes depend on your personal health, skin condition, medical history, and other factors that can only be assessed by a qualified practitioner at the time of your consultation.

Treatment outcomes and results

GlowRef makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the outcomes of any treatment booked through GlowRef. You acknowledge that:

• Individual results vary significantly based on age, skin type, health status, lifestyle, and many other factors
• Any results described on glowref.com.au represent general clinical expectations and are not a promise of your individual outcome
• Client quotes and testimonials referenced on glowref.com.au are representative and paraphrased — they reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results
• GlowRef is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes, including where outcomes do not match expectations based on content on glowref.com.au

Any complaint regarding treatment quality, outcome, or conduct must be directed to the treating clinic directly.

WhatsApp communications

GlowRef provides a WhatsApp channel at +61 493 439 954 for booking enquiries and client support. You agree that:

• WhatsApp communications do not constitute a binding booking confirmation until GlowRef sends an explicit written confirmation including date, time, and clinic location
• Information shared via WhatsApp may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• GlowRef is not responsible for delays or errors in WhatsApp delivery attributable to Meta Platforms or telecommunications providers
• You must not use the GlowRef WhatsApp channel for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading communications
• GlowRef may block or terminate WhatsApp access where misuse is suspected

Partner applications and approval

Submitting a partner application does not guarantee approval. Partner approval is entirely at GlowRef's discretion and may be declined, paused, or revoked at any time without GlowRef being obligated to provide reasons.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information in your application. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection or termination of your partner status.

Partner obligations

As a GlowRef partner, you agree to:

• Represent GlowRef accurately and in accordance with GlowRef's approved messaging only
• Only distribute GlowRef vouchers and referral materials provided or approved by GlowRef
• Not create or distribute unofficial GlowRef marketing materials without prior written approval
• Maintain the confidentiality of referral tracking information, partner rates, and operational details
• Promptly notify GlowRef of any complaint or issue raised by a referred client
• Comply with all applicable laws including the Australian Consumer Law

Referral fees and payments

Where GlowRef has agreed in writing to pay a referral fee, the following applies:

• Referral fees are payable only for valid, verified client redemptions as confirmed by GlowRef in its sole discretion
• A redemption is valid only where the client attends and completes their first session, the referral is traceable to the specific partner, and the client has not previously redeemed a GlowRef first session offer
• GlowRef may withhold or reclaim a referral fee where a redemption is found to be invalid, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms
• Referral fee rates may be changed by GlowRef on 30 days written notice
• Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations in relation to referral fees received

Partner suspension and termination

GlowRef may suspend or terminate a partner's participation at any time, including for breach of these Terms, conduct damaging to GlowRef's reputation, false or misleading information, or any legal or operational reason.

On termination, the partner must immediately cease using any GlowRef branding, materials, and referral links, and must not represent themselves as a current GlowRef partner.

Website content and accuracy

Pricing information, clinic details, treatment descriptions, and outcome expectations on glowref.com.au may change without notice. GlowRef does not warrant that any information on the site is complete, accurate, or up to date at the time you access it. You rely on any information published on glowref.com.au at your own risk.

Review data and third-party ratings

GlowRef references Google review ratings and counts on various pages of glowref.com.au. Review data is sourced from publicly available Google Maps listings and is accurate at the date specified on the relevant page. Review counts and ratings change over time. GlowRef does not control or vouch for the content of individual Google reviews. Review volume and rating are general indicators only and are not a guarantee of your individual experience.

Intellectual property

All content on glowref.com.au — including text, structure, design, branding, and all other materials — is the property of Beauty Affairs Group Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from glowref.com.au without prior written permission. The GlowRef name, logo, and branding may not be used without written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlowRef's website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. GlowRef does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any partner clinic will be available or able to fulfil any booking request.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, GlowRef and its officers, employees, contractors, and related entities will not be liable for:

• Any loss, injury, or adverse outcome arising from any treatment booked through GlowRef, including burns, scarring, allergic reactions, or unsatisfactory results
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage
• Loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on glowref.com.au
• Any loss arising from the acts, omissions, or misconduct of any partner clinic or practitioner

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Australian Consumer Law, GlowRef's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to GlowRef in connection with the specific matter, or A$100, whichever is lesser.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable non-excludable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowRef and its officers, employees, contractors, and related entities from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of GlowRef's services, your breach of these Terms, any false or inaccurate information you have provided, or your violation of any applicable law.

Privacy

GlowRef collects and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Personal information you provide may be shared with partner clinics for the purpose of facilitating your appointment. You consent to this disclosure by using GlowRef's booking or enquiry services.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

Changes to these terms

GlowRef may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of GlowRef's services after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
