Gifted clients keep
redeeming over time.

Not every gifted client redeems in week one. Many redeem 2–4 weeks after receiving the invitation — at their next visit to your salon, after a life event, or when they finally get around to booking. This creates a delayed redemption tail that adds up alongside your fresh weekly gifts.

A salon gifting 10 clients per week from week 3 onward typically has 20–30 "pending" gifts floating at any time — all with redemption potential. The active pool grows faster than any single week's numbers suggest.

How to set
your own target.

Before rollout, pick a conservative weekly redemption target and work backwards. For a target of A$350/week: you need 10 redemptions. At 50% redemption rate, you need to gift 20 clients per week. At a salon with 40 active premium clients per week, that's one in two receiving the invitation — achievable with selective targeting.

Start at 5 redemptions/week (modest, easy to achieve, lets you verify quality before scaling), then increase gifting pace once you have 4 weeks of clean data. Conservatism in week 1 pays off in week 12.

Are these income figures guaranteed?+

No — they're reference examples for planning. Actual income depends on your real redemption rate, which is driven by client selection quality, invitation framing, and salon fit. Treat 40% redemption as a conservative estimate for initial planning, not a floor or ceiling.

Is the A$35 rate the same for all salon types?+

Yes. The A$35 rate is standard across all Sydney partner salons — hair, facial, skin, beauty, medspa. No salon type receives a higher or lower rate. The rate may be reviewed periodically; any change would be communicated in advance with minimum 4 weeks' notice.

Can I earn more by gifting faster?+

Yes — in theory. But volume without quality produces low redemption rates. Gifting 30 clients at 20% redemption (6 payouts = A$210) is worse than gifting 12 clients at 60% (7 payouts = A$245) — and the lower-quality approach degrades your brand at the spa. Quality selection beats raw volume.

Daily invitation caps exist for this reason — they protect redemption quality, which protects your income.

How long after a redemption until I get paid?+

Redemptions are tracked and consolidated into the weekly report. Payment is processed after the weekly report is issued — typically Monday for the prior week's activity. Lag is 5–7 days from redemption to payment in most cases.

Can I run projections for a multi-salon group?+

Yes. Each active location generates its own gifting flow and payout. A group of 3 salons each generating 10 redemptions per week earns A$1,050/week across the group — tracked and reported separately per location for clarity. Discuss multi-site activation during your onboarding call.

What's a realistic income for a mid-size Sydney hair salon?+

A mid-size hair salon with 60–80 active premium clients per week, gifting 15 per week at 50% redemption, would generate roughly 7–8 redemptions per week — approximately A$280–A$350 weekly or A$1,100–A$1,400 monthly. Annualised: A$13,000–A$17,000. These are reference estimates, not projections.
