The spa partner records the redemption in the GlowRef system. Timestamp, spa location, and the originating partner salon are all logged. This is the start of your trackable payout record.
The redemption is matched against the voucher you issued. Your salon is confirmed as the referring partner. Any unmatched redemptions (where the referring salon isn't identifiable) are flagged, not paid — nothing is attributed incorrectly.
Every Monday (or agreed day), your report arrives showing every redemption, every A$35, and the week's total. Itemised by client visit date, not batch totals. You can reconcile each line individually.
The weekly total is paid without you taking any action. No invoice required, no claim to submit. If a payout doesn't arrive as expected, contact us immediately — we'll trace and resolve same day.
Yes. The weekly report is itemised by individual redemption, each with a date and spa location. You can cross-reference it against your own gifting records — who you gifted, when, and whether they redeemed. Any discrepancy should be raised with us immediately; we'll trace it within 24 hours.
A$35 per redeemed referral is the current standard rate across all Sydney salon partners. Rate changes would be notified in advance — minimum 4 weeks' notice — and would apply to future redemptions only. Nothing already earned is affected by a rate change.

None. The A$35 is the full amount — no platform fee, no commission split, no processing charge. What you see in the weekly report is exactly what arrives in your account. GlowRef's revenue comes from spa partners, not salon partners.

Discuss with your accountant how to account for referral income. GlowRef provides the weekly report as a record of payments made. We do not manage tax filings on your behalf. The weekly report is sufficient documentation for your own records.
All weekly reports from activation onward are retained. Request any historical period via email — we'll compile and send the records within one business day. There's no charge for historical report requests.
