How GlowRef
makes money

We believe partner salons deserve to understand the commercial model they're part of. Full transparency below.

Revenue source
GlowRef earns a referral fee from the spa when a client redeems their voucher. This fee is separate from and does not reduce the A$35 paid to the partner salon.
Partner salon cost
Zero. Partner salons pay nothing to join, nothing to gift vouchers, and nothing ongoing. Every cost is absorbed by GlowRef and recovered from the spa-side referral fee.
Alignment of incentives
GlowRef only earns when a client actually redeems. This means our incentive is identical to yours — to make the experience good enough that clients want to book. If clients don't redeem, GlowRef doesn't earn.
Spa relationship
Spa partners are not disclosed to salon partners by default. This protects the exclusivity and curation value of the GlowRef network. What salon owners know: the spa is ★ 4.6+ verified, Sydney CBD, and GlowRef-approved.
Exit terms
No notice period. No exit fee. No penalty. A partner salon can pause or stop at any time. Outstanding redeemed-referral payouts are settled in the following weekly payment cycle.
