Is there a contract
I need to sign?

No contract

There is no document to sign. No terms-and-conditions agreement to initial, no services contract, no partnership deed. Activation is confirmed verbally and by email. Your operating agreement is that simple.

If you want written confirmation of the terms — what you earn, how tracking works, what happens if you stop — we'll provide that in email form. But there is no binding legal document, because there's nothing in the model that requires one.

What's the
minimum time commitment?

None

There is no minimum. No lock-in of 3 months, 6 months, or any period. You can activate on Monday and pause on Friday. No explanation needed. No notice period.

In practice, most partners stay active because the model generates income with minimal time investment. But the option to stop at any point is unconditional — and we tell you that upfront so it never feels like a trap.

Is there a cancellation
or exit fee?

Zero cost to exit

No cancellation fee. No exit interview. No penalty clause. Stop when you want — keep everything you've earned. All payouts to the date of stopping are yours. No clawback, no withholding.

We don't want partners who stay because leaving is expensive. The model only works when both sides are actively choosing it.

Can I pause without
losing my suburb?

Suburb held on pause

Short-term pauses — a few weeks to a month — are accommodated without losing your suburb exclusivity. Tell us you're pausing and we'll hold your position.

Extended pauses (multiple months) are assessed case by case. If a suburb has been dormant for a long time, we may approach other salons in the area — but we'll always notify you first and give you the opportunity to reactivate before doing so.

What happens to
outstanding payouts if I leave?

Auto-paid in full

Any redemptions that occurred before you stopped are tracked and paid at the next weekly cycle. Nothing is withheld. If you had 12 redemptions in your last active week, you receive A$420 in the following payment.

Payouts aren't conditional on continuing participation. They're a record of work already done — and that record is always honoured.

Can we pause if quality or fit isn't right?+

Yes — immediately and without consequence. If you're not satisfied with spa partner quality, client outcomes, or anything else about the model, pause and contact us. We'd rather investigate and resolve the issue than lose a good partner. No gifting happens while paused.

Do I need to give notice before stopping?+

No formal notice period. An email or WhatsApp message is sufficient. We'll confirm receipt, ensure any outstanding payouts are processed, and close your account cleanly. Same-day if needed.

Courtesy notice is appreciated — it lets us process the final payout promptly — but it's not a requirement.

What if GlowRef decides to end the partnership?+

We'd notify you with reasonable advance notice — at minimum one week — and all payouts earned to that date would be processed in full. We're not in the business of sudden exits. Brand fit issues would be discussed first, not acted on unilaterally.

Is there any ongoing financial obligation once active?+

None. No subscription, no monthly fee, no minimum gifting spend. Your only financial relationship with GlowRef is receiving money — not paying it. You earn A$35 per redemption. Nothing flows in the other direction.

Can I rejoin after stopping?+

Yes, subject to suburb availability at the time of returning. If your suburb was re-assigned during your absence, we'd look at the nearest available territory. Previous partner status is noted positively — we know you've already been through the trial process.

Is anything about the operating terms negotiable?+

The payout rate and gifting model are standardised across all partners — those aren't negotiable. But operational details (gifting pace, invitation framing, reporting format) can be adapted to suit how your business works. Raise any specific needs at the activation stage.
