The network operates on a gifting model rather than a discount model: partner salons gift selected clients a complimentary first facial at a GlowRef partner spa. The salon earns A$35 per redemption; the client receives a high-quality first experience at a premium spa.

The network is deliberately small and curated. GlowRef does not accept every applicant — partner selection is based on brand alignment, service standard, and the owner's willingness to validate the partner service before any client-facing activity begins.

Positioning: GlowRef explicitly does not compete with discount platforms (Groupon, ClassPass, Fresha discount tiers). The referral pathway is positioned as a premium gift — not a promotional offer — and the language partners use with clients reflects this distinction.

What happens first in the partner pathway?+
