A confirmed and completed first session at Beauty Affairs MediSpa by a client who received a GlowRef voucher from a specific partner salon. A redemption is valid when the client attends and completes their appointment, the referral is traceable to the partner via QR code, and the client has not previously redeemed a GlowRef first session. Each valid redemption earns the referring partner salon A$35, paid monthly.

A professionally printed credit card-sized card bearing the partner salon's name and a QR code unique to that salon. When a client scans the QR code, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message identifying the referring salon. GlowRef then coordinates the booking with Beauty Affairs MediSpa. The voucher is positioned as a gift from the salon to their client — not a discount, not a promotion.
